The programme runs for 4 consecutive weeks Monday to Friday ... 

 

Each session will start at 5AM prompt and finish around 5.40AM

and the aim is to set you up to run your day from your very best state of being..

What's Included:

Week 1

 This is where it all begins - every day we have a mediation and some learning points. This week I explain the biology of our thoughts and the chemical process of thoughts turning to things.

I talk about the growing body of evidence around the health benefits of meditation and I teach you to lead your day with a growth mindset, focusing your attention only on things you can control. Each day (Monday to Friday) I introduce a new meditation, ending the week with one of my own, designed exclusively for this programme. By the end of this week you will be finding meditation easier and creating a new habit of early rising. The liklihood is this will be easier than you expected!

Week 2

In week 2 we continue with new daily meditations, followed by new learning points. I introduce more information on energy and how to change it to magnetise your desires. We look at our identity and emotions and learn to change them, using a scale of emotions as a reference point. I lead you to examine your baseline standards for all aspects of your life and ask you to explore gratitude and appreciation for areas of life that maybe you haven't considered for a while. 

This module gives you the tools to feel happy and grateful and at peace daily - something that so many of us struggle with day to day!

 

Week 3

In week 3 I explain some more biology, particularly in relation to our nervous system, and I introduce chanting, explaining the beliefs and concepts behind it and demonstrating its effectiveness. I talk to you about the different frequencies of sound and the magnetic relevance of vibration. We also practise focusing on our different energy centres. I talk about crystals and chakras and there is a lot of opportunity for self observation and a growing self-awareness in this week's meditations. Our clients report leaving this week reenergised, encouraged to tune into their intuition more and a commitment to stay confident more easily regardless of events around them.  

Week 4

This final week takes you a little bit further into the more 'woo woo' aspects of meditation. Just a decade ago fitness was considered a bit 'weird' and now almost everyone has some sort of fitness regime. I predict the same will happen meditation and mindset practices. We are becoming more aware, more conscious and perhaps more appreciative of the world around us and our connection to it. In this week I introduce some meditations that encourage us to consider the part we play in the universe.. why we are here.. how we are all connected... and I leave you looking at life very differently, probably with a new purpose and definitely with a new perspective, new habits and new sense of freedom.
