I have placed people into roles at all different salaries in all different industries.

In my businesses I have sold super low priced, medium priced, very high priced, extremely high priced ...

 In my experience, this matters the least.

I’ve learned to help elevate the careers of people no matter the circumstances, no matter the state of inflation (people get promoted in downturns as well as upturns), saturated marketplace (people start businesses in recessions) and no matter who or where they are in their career.
