Module 1
This is where it all begins - we'll reflect on the past year and I'll take you through an exercise that will leave you and your mindset refreshed, reset and ready to begin your best year yet.
Module 2
Now we get into creating your best year with my coaching on the 10 components of happiness. How to eradicate those triggers that set you off to being angry, anxious, depressed, irritated, annoyed....list yours here...).
This module gives you the tools to feel happy and grateful and at peace daily - something that so many of us struggle with on the day to day and a key component to having your best year yet!
Module 3
Module 3 is all about how to stay motivated. This is one of the magic keys to unlocking your best year yet. It's the thing that so many of us struggle with but once you get it right...and I'll teach you how... there's no limits on what you can create for yourself and your life.
Module 4
Now you've got happiness and motivation down, it's time for my Top 10 Strategies for Success.
I've been around for over 60 years now so I've tried and tested a LOT of strategies for everything from fitness, to career, to business growth, to family and romantic relationships, to totally reinventing yourself....and in this module I'll share with you my top 10 that work every time.
Module 5
The Morning Routine That Wins The Day.
This is one of my favourite modules because it's so key to your success and once you get it right, it's so simple to do. Similar to success strategies, I've done a lot of reading, asking, trying, testing, changing and sharing of morning routines and I've found the one that works.
Originally I thought it just worked for me but now all my clients follow the same structure - the exact routine is slightly different for everyone but the structure is the magic - and it works for them too. This module will teach you the routine and also how to make it work for you.
Module 6
The Evening Routine
Similar to what I said above, routines are slightly different for everyone, but the key is the structure and the elements. In this module I'll share with you the evening routine (which can be adapted and still work wonders) that will help you sleep better, reduce your stress and anxiety and mean you wake up more refreshed, energetic and happy each morning.
Module 7
Strategies For When Things Don't Go To Plan
This module is for when life really gets in the way. It's your safety-net for when things go wrong that are out of your control. This module gives you everything you need to manage these times in life and to still feel you're able to progress and reach your goals.
Module 8
Health Is Wealth - My Top 20 Ways To Keep Your Body Strong.
When you're sick, your only priority is getting better...even if it's just a cold (think how much we miss just breathing through our nose as soon as it's blocked by a common cold!) this means when we're sick any other goals or priorities you have in life get pushed aside.
This whole module is how to prevent illness, become a 'super healer' when you are sick, and just upgrade your body to give you more energy and strength which will only serve to help you achieve any goal you have on your list - a key ingredient to making this your best year yet!
