Week 1
Setting you up for success by laying the foundations
I'll coach you through all the basics and essentials of the body and mind.
It's arguably the most important and most transformative part of the whole course, because you'll know exactly why nothing has worked before and what's going to be different this time! I'm a firm believer in understanding while doing, as oppose to me just telling you what to do with no explanation (as so many PTs, nutritionists etc do!) so we'll be myth busting and getting into food, workouts and goal setting straight away.

Now you've got the basics covered, we'll delve deeper into how to fuel your body and your brain properly. This is what get's us that glow that everyone wants.
I'll coach you on what to eat, when to eat, how to eat, what to look for and what to avoid. (This is much more flexible than it might sound!)
We'll delve deeper into training too - what to move, how to move, when to move, what's effective, what isn't.
We'll also cover motivation, how to get it, how to keep it and how to get it back if you do lose it...and how to bring joy and ease into the whole process!
Week 3
Supplements, Sleep, Stress

How to recover like a pro & supercharge your energy levels
By now you'll be seeing big changes in your body, your energy and how you feel - all for the better.
You'll already be aware of old diet / health myths that the media has convinced us are true and now we'll debunk all the health / fitness / food / diet / hormone / age myths so you can see clearly and know fact from fiction!
This section is honestly mind-blowing.
By now, you'll also be seeing and believing just how quickly you can change body so it's time to look more closely at recovery & reducing stress!

Sustaining A Lifestyle Change Forever
